so all attention is put in strengthening our connection to her

so i have been practicing energy transfer with earth lol

really strengthening the connection i have to her and then remembering to release the shit i dont need or want around me back to her

but also a lot of us have this trauma - whether it be generational or something from our lives where its like we have to create our own energy

we take from earth her resources but we deny her

and stuff like that

where those programs are, if we just conect and feel her presence

it shifts

it did for me

the energies are def getting more powerful like compared to 2020 i feel like an entirely new person
