What does a session look like?
We will start a session by talking about some of the blocks you are experiencing. Some examples are trouble at work or at home, intense emotional reactions, a feeling of disconnect, the list runs infinitely. I tailor each session to my clients needs and wants and we set intentions for the desired outcome. We then will center our energies into the body and heart with breathing and intention.
Through different healing modalities that you are comfortable and open to we allow these energies to speak through, allowing a voice to be heard and energy to move. Breath and movement are huge factors in the process of release and I will be right there guiding you through. During the session I am lead by intuitive guidance and our Soul energies, picking up and relaying any messages I receive.
A session runs for an hour or until you feel centered and grounded.
How does Energy Healing work?
With energy healing we gain access to the subconscious brain by tapping into a deep level of meditation. We'll tap into the subconscious - which runs 95% of our lives, that which is programmed since childhood - and bring awareness to start rewriting the "script" which is creating our realities.
With awareness we have the free will to rewrite that which no longer serves us. Whereas being unconscious to these programs allows them to continue running our lives. Unbeknownst to us!

Who is Energy Healing for?
Everyone! As everyone is comprised of energy - everyone can reap the benefits of release and start rewriting their realities. Energy healing is actually the oldest form of healing, it has helped millions of people over thousands of years. We access the body's natural ability to heal itself by aligning our intuition and soul together as one.
How should I prepare for my first session?
Make sure to get a full nights sleep and drink water at least 2 hours before - water is a conductor of energy. Drinking water helps your body's natural electrical system - the nervous system - flow with energetic alignment. Cool hey! Stay hydrated and your life/body will have better flow. Also be sure to have a quiet place to relax and a zoom account ready!
